The Conflict Sensitivity Resource Facility (CSRF) plays a pivotal role in equipping humanitarian and development actors in South Sudan with the knowledge and skills needed to integrate conflict sensitivity into their programming. To strengthen institutional and individual capacity, CSRF offers tailored training, mentoring, coaching, and accompaniment, ensuring that partners not only understand conflict sensitivity principles but can also apply them effectively in complex and evolving contexts. Examples of courses we offer include: an introduction to conflict sensitivity; conflict sensitivity and gender; conflict sensitivity and project design.
